Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, is one of the oldest and most mysterious cities in Russia, located on the left bank of the great Volga River. The fortress was named "Kazan" in tribute to its thick and durable walls, similar to the cast iron utensils of the same name.

In Kazan, representatives of various cultural traditions have found refuge. For centuries, two confessions peacefully coexisted here - Christian and Muslim, so Kazan is abundant with ancient mosques and temples. And merchant houses and ancestral mansions of Tatar and Russian nobility have always peacefully coexisted on the same street.

But Kazan keeps up with the times, and this rapidly developing city cannot be called a lifeless museum of its illustrious past. Modern shopping centers, light industry enterprises, comfortable hotels, and a convenient transportation network make the city attractive not only for tourists but also for major businessmen and investors.
