Who are we looking for?
Air Ticketing Agent (refunds, exchanges)
Requirements:
- Age: from 23 years old
- Knowledge of reservation systems is MANDATORY!!! (Siren 2.3, Siren 2000, Amadeus)
- Experience of 1 year in the field of airline tickets sales
- Fluent in Russian, Kyrgyz (preferred)
- Confident PC user (office programs)
- Personal qualities: professionalism, accuracy, politeness, initiative, literacy, ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Processing of returns/exchanges of air tickets, cancellation of air tickets
- Consulting company's clients by phone
Working conditions:
- Working in a rapidly developing company

Call-center manager (customer service)
Requirements:

Requirements:

- Higher Education (Accounting/Economics/Finance)
- Experience in 1C - 8.2 - 8.3
- Knowledge of areas: bank, working with internet banking, working in accounting systems
- Experience in the aviation field is an advantage
