Requirements
- Age: from 23 years old
- Required knowledge of booking systems: Sirena 2.3, Sirena 2000, Amadeus
- Experience of 1 year in the field of airline tickets sales
- Fluency in Russian, Kyrgyz preferred
- Confident use of a PC and office programs
- Professionalism, accuracy, politeness, initiative, literacy and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Processing refunds and exchanges of airline tickets, cancellation of airline tickets
- Consulting company's clients by phone
